This program is built around a 21 day stay. At our location, once your dog returns back to you, we will do 4 home visits to ensure training is holding and progressing nicely.
Our board and train program is a immersive program geared towards teaching a thorough understanding of obedience and addressing any behaviors your dog is exhibiting. We like to take our time and let your dog learn at their rate however we will politely push them to try to overcome any learning obstacles. We use positive methods such as food, toys and play to create motivation and desire to assist with this. Once your dog grasps our foundational training, we then begin to implement, distractions, responsibility, day trips and working in real life experiences
When sending your dog away to a board and train program, generally your dogs learning occurs much quicker and is more efficient. In essence you’re paying the professional to get the repetitions in. Once this training has occurred more often than not it is a much easier transition to transition from trainer to owner if the dog understands the concepts.
We believe our program is superior to most for a combination of reasons. We will only do a maximum of 2 dogs at a time for our program. All training is conducted in a home environment as compared to in a kennel.
When we take a dog on our minimum requirement is 21 days, we believe it is important to build a bond with your dog.
Lastly, at the end of training we do 4 in depth home training sessions to assist with a smooth transition once your dog returns back home to you. We want to teach you how we trained, what we taught and how to keep your dog trained.

Additionally, for dogs that are reactive, aggressive, a history of biting people or dogs. Additional training may be required. This can generally be up to 1 or 2 weeks at $500 per week.
Latch key program
Our Latch key program is very similar to the board and train program, the only difference is the training is conducted in your home and the time frame is slightly longer. Giving us time to build a working relationship with your dog.
We have found with some dogs that are insecure or uncomfortable with going away from home, quite often the latch key program is a good option. With this program we generally come out and work with your dog 3 to 4 times a week for a minimum of 25 days. Just like the board and train program, once training is completed we will do 4 home sessions to assist with a smooth transition.
